STUDENT RECEPTION
The office receives students by appointment on the following days:
Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The booking time corresponds to the opening hours of the service desks, and students will be received in the order in which appointments were booked.
Please remember that, to access the service desks, you must present the booking confirmation sent to you by email, along with a valid ID. If you are unable to come in person, you may appoint a third person, who must have a written authorization and a copy of your ID.
Important: You can book an appointment from 7 days before up to the day before your appointment.
