The Italian Job Market - chapter 2: Train your jobskilling is the second workshop this year designed specifically for international students at UniTS, organised by the Career Service in collaboration with the HR Specialists of MAW.
This time, the format flips the script: it's an upside-down workshop, where you don't just listen — you practise, side by side with an Italian buddy who's in the same boat.

Together with your Italian buddy, you'll work on three areas that make a real difference when you're job-hunting in Italy:
- Italian companies — how they're structured, what they value, and what they actually expect from candidates
- Self-presentation — how to introduce yourself in an interview, in Italian or in English, without losing your edge
- Italian work rules — contracts, norms, and the unwritten rules that nobody tells you but everyone assumes you know
And to take something tangible home: every participant receives a free English/Italian dictionary built around real job situations — the kind of vocabulary you won't find in any app.
