2025/2026 Double Degrees

The Double Degree Agreements signed by the University of Trieste with foreign universities offer regularly enrolled students the opportunity to gain international educational experience and, at the end of the programme, obtain two separate degrees: one issued by the University of Trieste and the other by the partner university.

Exams and activities carried out abroad will be validated provided that they are included in the Learning Agreement, the document that defines the study plan to be followed during the period of study abroad. If the agreement allows it, students may also carry out research for their thesis and/or other educational activities, again subject to completion of the Learning Agreement.

The requirements for admission to the programmes are established by the individual Double Degree Agreements (Annex A).

Interested students should pay particular attention to any restrictions on destinations, as a double degree agreement is reserved exclusively for students enrolled in the degree programmes or departments covered by the agreement. In the case of agreements that are being finalised or renewed, this information will be specified in the “Type of Agreement” section of the individual forms in Annex A.

Departures for mobility will only be guaranteed once the agreements have been signed or renewed.
